What if theres a fourth hero of the prophecy and susie IS the girl with hope crossed on her heart and DESS is and last was the girl at last was the girl. Like sure the last girls picture is called rude buster in the files but that is 100% a spell dess would have. Like sure she cant equip swords like the second hero but its more of a refusal than an inability. Maybe she’ll eventually equip a sword for some reason or another. Like maybe the pen of hope gerson mentions isn’t metaphorical and susie equips it as some point — like a sword in the stone kinda thing. It can only be equipped by someone filled with hope. “And last” could also refer to noelle given how as of now shes the last to join our party but I like dess more.
