Hello, everyone, and welcome to my blog! I go by FirethornFox or Fox and use she/they pronouns. I’ve started theorizing recently after watching a whole lot of theory video essays and the like.

Deltarune and Undertale are two of my favourite games. We get representation not often seen in other media and the characterisation is amazing. Every character is completely unique with intresting backstories. And, of course, I can’t forget about the music. The tracks fit so well and change throughout when need be.

Gaster drove Jevil and Spamton insane via making them sit down at a table and come up with deltarune theories

FRIEND wanted something with Noelle prior to the event of the game based off the Spamton Sweepstakes and I am so fucking convinced Dess fought them off for Noelle.

Like, the Chapter 5 weird route connects Noelle to freedom which FRIEND also seems to be connected to somehow and we know Dess whacked Kris with her wiffle bat because they had scared Noelle. So like what if FRIEND had tried to give Noelle a shadow crystal or something idk and Dess fought them and thats how she got trapped in the code. When we see FRIEND in chapter 5 we can use a soul attack EXCLUSIVE to them which shows some sort of connection to whatever’s beyond the game, further than the connection with gaster implied. It also also also ties into the lyrics “raise up your bat for the burning fight” from chapter 3. Maybe even “raise up your bat and face the fright” if you believe FRIEND is also connected to fear.

Deltarune Chapter Five Final Predictions

- More details on FRIEND

- Confirmation on the second hero

- Conflict between Kris and the Soul

- Song titled ROOTS

- Gaster dialogue

- The characters with talking sprites get a bigger role

- Literal Pen of Hope (bonus if its a sword we can equip to Susie)

- Suselle romantic interaction (e.g. ferris wheel ride, susie Playing Dess’s guitar for Noelle, etc)

- Asgore has his Undertale design

- More details on Carol/Kris conspiracy (bonus if it creates more questions than it answers)

- We get at least one Shelter code (bonus if its the police one from Asgore)

What if theres a fourth hero of the prophecy and susie IS the girl with hope crossed on her heart and DESS is and last was the girl at last was the girl. Like sure the last girls picture is called rude buster in the files but that is 100% a spell dess would have. Like sure she cant equip swords like the second hero but its more of a refusal than an inability. Maybe she’ll eventually equip a sword for some reason or another. Like maybe the pen of hope gerson mentions isn’t metaphorical and susie equips it as some point — like a sword in the stone kinda thing. It can only be equipped by someone filled with hope. “And last” could also refer to noelle given how as of now shes the last to join our party but I like dess more.

Seam would be so good as a gerson-type secret boss. They say they lost hope but after getting the knights shadow crystal they say they might be getting some back. Maybe they can show ralsei that theres more to being a darkener than pleasing lighteners and that something can be done about the prophecy

We’re 100% fighting Kris in chapter five. In the trailer we saw the sword attack from the patience soul in Omega Flowey’s fight so theres been theories floating around that we’re either fighting flowey or the patience soul themselves, but j recently saw another theory about how it could be Kris attacking. They mentioned how the attacks come from the right, Kris is alone, and theres no enemy on the left so id like to add to that. Like I mentioned, we first see that sword attack in Undertale, specifically Omega Flowey’s fight, and as we all know Flowey is actually Asriel Dreemurr who, in Deltarune, is Kris’s older brother. What if he taught them that attack?

We’re waiting on a song called “ROOTS” which we know is coming eventually becuase of the bibblioxs in chapter 4 and its definitely gonna show up in ch5. Like, come on, the whole chapter is plant themed. I also think it might connect to FRIEND in some way and I wanna know more about them sooo badly, mostly to confirm my theories. Im actually currently editing a video on it which should be out sometime next week — link to my youtube in my pinned post.

Hiii, I'm really sorry but I deleted it ages ago, there's no way to get it back :[

But I did find another gasterpilled person on here that did the same thing through a Google doc, it seems super reliable!! It's an extensive compilation of everything gaster related, so it has all of gasters dialogue since Undertale in addition to just the files he named in deltarune, it might be even more useful than mine if you need it for character analysis or theory crafting :]
