The ZAMOK PENITENTIARY is the only prison on Vievecor City. It is a large 20-floor windowless building that houses both human and supernatural prisoners. This is where the supernaturals send anyone who has broken the Golden Rule.
The first 15 floors of this building houses human inmates and those who work within these 15 floors are not allowed to access the top 5 floors where supernatural prisoners are held.
Those who work in the top 5 floors of Zamok are largely werewolves, followed by spirits and then humans who know of the supernatural world. They rarely mingle with those who work in the lower floors and are usually regarded by them as highly mysterious. It is not uncommon for those below, prisoners included, to want to know what goes on in the top 5 floors.
The supernatural inmates who are housed in the top 5 floors of this building. They are all fitted with special tracking collars that take away their magical abilities and strength and renders them almost human apart from some differences.
Below is how each species is affected by the collar:
Humans are not affected by this collar but must wear them for tracking purposes.
Witches will be cut off from all magical abilities. Being cut off from magic is like being cut off from one of their senses and is very uncomfortable for witches.
Vampires are rendered near human but can still protract and retract their claws and fangs. They will still crave blood when collared.
Werewolves will still be physically affected by the full moon and will turn into wolves on those nights.
Elves will be cut off from their ecological empathy and will remain in a severely weakened state.
Spirits can only remain in solid form. This form is extremely uncomfortable for spirits as it drains them of their energy.
Demons will not be able to hide their physical demonic features such as horns, tails or wings. Being cut off from demonic magic is very draining on a demon.
Deities will not be able to hide their wings. Being cut off from divine magic is very draining on a deity.
Supernatural prisoners on good behaviour can be hired by supernatural businesses to do supervised labour-intensive work such as construction, moving and delivering large shipments of goods, cleaning of public spaces, etc. Those will obvious physical differences will be given bulky clothing to hide those parts of themselves while they are on the job.
Should any prisoner try to remove their collar, they will receive a large electric shock that will put them into a catatonic state after which the prison guards will have to retrieve them.
Some jobs that are available in the Zamok Penitentiary include:
Zamok Prison Guards (0/3) - These guards maintain order in the prison.
(0/2 Prison Guards) - These roles are for guards on the top 5 floors only.
(0/1 Prison Guard) - This is a human-only role for a guard in the bottom 15 floors only.
Zamok Prisoners - These are supernaturals or humans who have broken the Golden Rule or have been sent to Zamok for breaking human laws.
(OOC: Characters that have taken the role of a prisoner do not need to have another job but will need to have one whenever they are released)
