the fact that the first full episode of ATLA I ever watched was the boiling rock was probably the deciding factor that made me actually watch the show

when that happened I was already a bit older than the target demographic and for some reason I didn't really want to give it a chance before then

but I distinctly remember coming home from my English lessons and walking in on my younger sister watching and I stuck around, standing and acting disinterested, dad style

I'm not sure about this but I think the exact scene I came upon was the solitary ice box scene and went who's that...
