Just remembered the time, when I worked at a very quiet phone store, that a customer was talking to my manager demanding a refund on a phone top-up she'd just used in store.
Her reasoning was that "$50 is a ripoff and she needs petrol money to get home". My manager's counterpoint was "I just watched you load it onto your phone".
She argued with him for about 20 minutes until he was so exhausted he literally screamed "Get the fuck out of my store you dumb fuck" so loud a security guard left another store to check he was ok.
I wish I'd appreciated that approach to customer service more while I was there.
