nine sols is 60% off for the second anniversary... the art is so good the music is so good the story is so good... extremely brutal and gutting, did make me cry at some points. you want tragic sibling drama? nine sols has it. you want a protagonist that was complicit in large-scale atrocities? nine sols has it. you want an extremely taoist narrative about grief and futility and finding meaning in surrender? nine sols has it. you want crazy rancid vibes with the lengths people will go to for survival and/or ideals and/or power? nine sols has it. you want to slowly piece together just how severely an unethical lady scientist fucked up? nine sols has it. and all of this is happening to little kitty cats? nine sols has it. I'm not a capital-G-Gamer but I managed to get through story mode and it's sooo satisfying to beat the bosses.
also I'm talking about all about the fraught parts but nine sols can also be pretty funny sometimes
