Each fucking time I have to spare another thought about TYBW, I get even angrier at the stupidly, badly, written mess that Arc was...
What was Uryū's plan?
What... How... Why?
How did Kubo come up with the "And now I'll make Uryū betray his friends... But not really, because he's actually trying to protect his friends..."
By, uh... Doing what, exactly? Standing at Yhwach's side? For fucking what?
To become a Sternritter and get his Schrift? That would only turn him into a "slave" for that parasite...
Uryū doesn't have what it takes power wise to kill Yhwach. He just doesn't...
You know who did, if Kubo hadn't come up with the "Hollow Reiatsu is poisonous to Quincies" only to forget about it?
Ichigo.
He's basically more of a Hollow in Shinigami clothing than anything else...
The silver arrowhead?
Uryū had no fucking idea his father was going to deliver that almost at the end of this entire mess.
So, what was his plan?
Because, according to the extra scenes in Cour 3, it was most definitely NOT to actually let Ichigo one-shot Yhwach while he wasn't using The Almighty (bleh... Still hate that shit...)
And he also put a fucking hole through his friend...
And another one on Renji.
That's two out of two for accusations to be held against him by Central 46 when the court martial begins.
Had he brought with him the Still Silbern arrowhead since the beginning, I would have accepted he wanted to get real close to Yhwach.
Had he wanted to lead Ichigo to Yhwach to get his friend to stab the parasite with a Zangetsu filled to the brim with Hollow Reiatsu, he would have turned against Yhwach the minute Ichigo got close to them...
Killing Reio didn't help him at all...
Allowing Yhwach to break through Mimihagi also didn't help whatever the fuck his plan was...
Kubo messed Uryū's characterization so fucking hard on the last Arc.
I fucking hate it.
