People are so negative abt the pjo show😭 like yes the writing/pacing can be better I agree but a lot of these decisions have more to do with the small amount of episodes they have to get the whole story out.

The characters though? No they’re literally the exact same people as in the books people just want to hate on annabeth chase for being an overconfident little girl, it happened to book annabeth and it’s happening to show annabeth.

Book readers are definitely letting the books cloud their judgement of the show, bc they know the characters entire character arcs and backstories and how they will develop. They’re thinking abt 17 year old Percy+Annabeth and how they are as people but obviously 13 year old Percy and annabeth are going to have the stupidity of youth, annabeth is barely 2 quests in she’s not all knowing😭😭.

ALSO percabeth is not moving that fast Percy and annabeth just care abt each other like they do ofc they liked each other they just didn’t know it😭 Percy was oblivious about his feelings that doesn’t mean he wasn’t kind to annabeth
