Being part of fandoms can be so draining anymore. Theorizing used to be fun and we used to take tv at face value. People aren’t paying attention to what’s in front of them and end up with crazy out of pocket theories that are canonically not possible. Can’t recognize themes of shows or context that’s straight up given to them. I want fun online discourse and I’m sick of having to explain to people why their theories don’t make any sense backed with evidence from the show. Obviously I can scroll and move on but it doesn’t make it any less irritating.

I fell off greys a while ago but I’ve been watching Sophia’s episodes (duh). I though they were done with her and then they brought her back for the finale and now I’m here trying not to get my hopes up that she gets a series regular spot since teddy and Owen are gone.

Head of trauma is open

They gave her a new storyline outside of teddy (Amelia ahhh I wanna see more of this)

She might be expensive but ga might have the budget since they just 2 of their longest running actors

Maybe we can meet her husband??

One things for sure is if Sophia gets a regular spot I will 100% become a loyal greys fan again

Weekly releases with mid season finales and other breaks for holidays or special events

HOLIDAY EPISODES

Actually getting to know the characters on your screen. Backstories, personalities

ACTUAL filler episodes that were fun to watch and people didn’t complain about plot lines moving forward

Everyone doesn’t have the same face

Coexisting storylines and plots

STREAMING RUINED TELEVISION!!!!!! I will die on this hill. While I enjoy the options, fandom culture isn’t the same anymore and everyone online just criticizes the writing because 8 episode seasons every 2 years has become normalized. I disagree with a lot of complaints in the majority of the fandoms that I follow because I’m not out here analyzing every tiny detail but I miss the community fandoms used to have. Why can’t people just enjoy things???? And don’t get me wrong some of these limited series have been television gold, but the good ones usually serve a purpose and have a specific story to tell, the limited series only works for shows that have a clear path to the end, I think book adaptations fit best.

Bring back longer seasons

Cut back on production because the ultra hd takes away the realism of watching television

Give us appropriate wait times between seasons
