Some Regina stan (self professed) reblogged that post I made about custody of Henry and legality claiming not to be "defending or justifying anything Regina did" and then claimed that Graham "maybe possibly I GUESS felt 'compelled' to sleep with her but he still had free will" and I can barely type through my rage.
com·pel [kuh m-pel], com·pelled, com·pel·ling.
verb (used with object)
1. to force or drive, especially to a course of action.
2. to secure or bring about by force.
3. to force to submit; subdue.
4. to overpower.
...but Idk, I guess he had free will. Do people even look up the definitions of the words they use? Or, like, legal definitions of sexual assault?
The victim blaming in this fandom sickens me. If I'm supposed to be understanding of Regina because of her abusive mom's horrible, horrible behavior, then why is it so easy to turn around and shame the victims of Regina's abuse?
And that post was flawless. <3 I mean, it's the cold, hard facts. You pull all those shenanigans, you will go to jail.
