Blood headcanon

Blood is quite the symbol for the Lunari. First and foremost, her dreams and memories keeps plaguing her when she murdered the Elders on that day. She does not regret what she did but it was her first time killing another and being able to see that much blood can ruin anyone. It showed her how human beings are easily killed when the opposing party is stronger than the other... which brings her to ponder on what happened to her people. They were annihilated for certain, but who and why? The Lunari was a great civilization with beautiful traditions and values yet they were wiped out from history, never existing till she found out about them.

There were leads that points to the Solari as the suspect but did they really kill her people? They kept their existence a secret for years and when she tried to bring evidence to the world, she was condemned with the title heretic and sentenced to death.

tdlr; Blood scares her--the more she kills in the League matches, the more she could feel her humanity fading. She especially feels blood lust when it comes to a specific tribe and their certain Knight in shining armor. Diana does not approve of bloodshed--she is a scholar first, but if she is forced then she will not hesitate. The Moon's wrath will be swift and violent.
