( While I cannot draw BGs and design them very well–I’d like to at least try and illustrate what I have in mind for the Lunari stuffs… Of course they look more majestic in my head OTL )

They updated her lore? Shit I’m so far out of the loop...
( Still the same as the Aspect of the Moon lore but I am more or so talking about the rest of Runeterra lore. I’d happily read Targon or anything Targon related but God damn now they’re connected to nearly everything so abnkdlaskda xD )
( That moment when you want to RP Diana again after going through old posts but know that you lack the knowledge of the new lore ahh... Woe is me ; w ; )
Lunari Magus
Like the Priestesses and the Seers, the magi also devote their lives to the holy light of the silver Moon. However, they have different responsibilities compared to the other two yet still intertwined together.
Magus can be separated into several things but they are mostly seen as Scholars, Astrologians, Alchemists, and practitioners of Magic.
Many of the Magi start off as Apprentices to the full-pledged Magi, welcomed within the Circle so long as there is potential for magic within them whether it is but a drop or wonderfully vast.
Apprentices assume the roles of scribes first; to learn the history of the Lunari as they are in charge of making sure to memorize and create copies of the scrolls within the libraries and walls of the Lunari temples along with their Masters. They would be taught of the stars and the heavens above--shown the many constellations present and their meanings. Here they work with the Seers--along with their Master--to assist them in divining the future as they chart the celestial movements together.
They are expected to know what the different fauna, flora, and precious minerals are found within Mt.Targon. This is to ensure that the materials brought back by the Hunters and Gatherers of the Lunari would be identified by the Magi, able to inform them which are precious and which aren’t.
Unlike Priestesses who are expected to teach the children of the religion and other academics, the Apprentices are expected to focus their attention on their studies and training. They are trained to improve their magic and affinity with the Moon and most magic taught to them are focused more on protection, restoration, and stealth rather than raw destruction but that doesn’t mean that they would forgo learning the latter especially if the child is gifted with it.
Magi and Priestesses alike are taught enchantment magic, working together to provide protection to the Priestesses and Seers as well as the warriors of the Lunari. Here, the knowledge and magic of the Magi, as well as the devotion of the Priestesses are joined together to create wonderful sigils of the Ancient Lunari that are brimming with the holy light’s magic with the guidance of the Aspect of the Moon.
Once they become full-pledged Magus, they are expected to adopt an Apprentice of their own and teach them the ways of being a Magus, repeating the cycle.
The responsibility that is of the utmost importance to the Magi--given to them by the Aspect--is to provide and channel their magic within a small stone made from iridescent orb stones and powdered meteor dust. Each magus is responsible to offer the glistening stone their magic as both the Magi and Priestesses along with the Seers sing praises to the Moon, allowing its pure and gentle light to enchant and empower the piece until it would give a bright yet gentle glow whenever darkness would swallow everything--transforming it to what the Lunari calls Moonstone.
Under the loving tender gaze of the Moon would the Moonstone rest and imbued with her holy light, cared for by the Lunari for many years until it was to be gifted to someone by tradition in exchange for an abyssal pearl to protect them from harm.
Alas, due to the Lunari’s numbers dying out because of the Solari inquisition, the tradition and knowledge of the Moonstone have been long since forgotten--the knowledge hidden and scattered within the ruined temples of the Lunari.

Lunari Seer
Continuation from the Lunari Priestess: https://dianamoonfallrp.tumblr.com/post/144137795510/lunari-priestess
Like the Sisters or the Lunari Priestesses, those who have been gifted the visions are called the Seers. These are the Lunari that are said to be capable of receiving visions and what the future could hold.
Most of these women are trained to be a Lunari Priestess, passing the same rituals as the other. From shaving their heads to having tattoos engraved on their flesh. However, their tattoos are far more intricate if not drawn all over their bodies, blessed with magic for protection and to be able to see the greater truth. They would also grow their hair and not cut them to show their loyalty to their religion. The longer their hair would be, the longer they have been training as a Seer under the Lunari’s teachings.
They are also known to bind their eyes during the day, training to see in darkness for their belief that only the pure holy light of the Moon can reveal the truth. Though not all would bind their eyes, most would do so in hopes of receiving the blessings of the Moon and hear Her voice.
Many other responsibilities are given to the Seers. Like with Priestesses, they do not travel outside temples and villages though those that are training to be a Seer are usually assigned to one of the Lunari villages scattered all over Mount Targon. Seers would have two Priestesses traveling with them and would journey together to the villages that the Seer would be entrusted with.
Seers are expected to offer assistance and guidance to the leaders of the village. Their words are respected as the Lunari followers know that the Seers and Sisters will never lead the children of the Moon astray.
Once their training is complete, the Seers are expected to stay in the temples to take care of it. Here they will be guiding new Priestesses and Seers alike, teaching them of the ways of the Moon and the knowledge that’s been passed down onto them.
Donning their robes, they are expected to worship the holy light of the Moon until the Matron would welcome them in their arms once their souls have departed their mortal vessels.

Good character and compassion can be innate, but not always. It is taught and learned.

"You've got scars, I know." Leona says sincerely. There's a sunset glimmering in her eyes as she rests her hand against the hilt of her blade. She knows it would be heretical of her to press her hand against the Lunari's cheek; her mouth breathless against those pale lips. She grimaces. It's the dance they shared; vicious and bitter, it never failed to leave her heart in pieces. "Did you know? You're one of my scars too." She murmurs, her eyes shutting out the light.
"A scar." She scoffed as she scowled at the description. Her teeth clenched together as those cold silvery eyes glared at the closed ones of the woman before her. "I am no one's scar. Not yours and not the Solari's!" hissed the daughter of the moon as she briskly brought a hand out, swiping at her front in an agitated manner, tempted to slap that alluring face. How dare she call her that? Her scar?!"How dare you!"
100 ugly things
Diana was growling; harsh and grating; fingers bruising against her rival-come-lover’s hips, dragging Leona closer; close enough that the heat was almost unbearable. Sweat slicked her back like an umbrella in the rain. Leona’s heat was always unbearable, burning its radiance and perfection. It made her sick, all of it. The fanfares, the worship, the cries of reverence. Her eyes flashed, silver and possessive; blunt nails bruising the tanned flesh. She didn’t care about that. Leona, the Chosen. She didn’t care. When had she ever cared?
“Why?” Diana whispered, digging tighter. The question was unanswerable, unimportant and still, the word slipped from her lips without expecting a satisfactory answer and they kept slipping. “Why did you leave me?” It kept following her like a writhing shadow; the possession, the questions. Nothing Leona said would suffice. She looked at the woman beneath her; a lion’s mane mussed beneath the apologetic face, her brows creased in concern. Not for herself, but for the Lunari. Diana’s lips curled into a quiet snarl. A hand came up to bury itself in Leona’s hair and tugged, hard.Â
It was all Leona could do to hold on desperately, her own hands circling around Diana’s neck without thought. She never liked when Diana got rough, but the adrenaline running through her veins was like an aphrodisiac. Leona knew that this wasn’t an apology or a touching, passionate night in which they sorted their troubles and woes out. No, of course not.
Diana sought her out, not with malice but with confusion and blindness. And who was she to deny the truth?Â
Another guttural groan escaped Leona as Diana’s lips found her jugular, biting against a pulse point, surprisingly soft. She had heard Diana’s questions, but she knew better than to speak. The silver-haired siren had Leona completely in her grasp. She wasn’t helpless and her strength never failed. It failed today, when Diana showed up, vulnerable, hateful and desperate. It should have been ugly, but Leona found it beautiful even as she was slammed against the ground without mercy.
“Why?” Diana would not be denied. The grip on those golden locks tightened and Leona had half a mind to buck the Lunari off. But she couldn’t. She was locked in a silvery void; sinking, and she’s forgotten how to swim. Placing her hands near the other woman’s elbows, she conjures the most sincere gaze she can muster in this situation.
“Because I lo–”
Diana isn’t familiar with the feeling but the surge of fear blasts through her system, her bloodstream; her heart accelerates and her lungs fail for the briefest of seconds. Her eyes are wild, beautiful and unbridled. Those almost-three words had her in a panic. She knows what Leona wants to say, and she wants - needs - to stop it.Â
She doesn’t stop to think. Diana’s lips crashes against Leona’s, hard. It muffles the sound but suddenly, that’s the least of the Lunari’s concerns for her Solari’s groans reverberate through her. It’s wet, it’s hot, it’s perfect. Leona murmurs something, but Diana doesn’t hear it. Doesn’t want to. She’s in denial of so many things, except that Leona’s lips are perfect and her tongue, licking against her lower lip, demanding just as expected of her. Diana would have laughed but she was lost in the horizon.
(( TRIBUTE to @dianamoonfall ;) ))
She was the moon, it’s a shame you didn’t appreciate the night, but I stayed awake to witness what you chose to ignore. I found beauty in her darkness…
