Rin doesn’t hate this Miku and it’s likely what many thinks after the first RP we had and the many times Rin has bad mouthed Miku (but it’s mainly like all mikus), she doesn’t have it in her to hate anyone who hasn’t really wronged her she just blames Miku for a lot of things out of her control because she’s a childish person in the end of the day. She rather direct her problems at miku (yours) then face them or confront them in anyway, part of Rin knows that it’s not Miku’s fault but when there’s no one to blame she’ll either blame her or herself– but she does honestly think Miku ruined her career indirectly by, y’know living basically, as she said she never got the chance to even participate in the race it was already won and she won’t live up to Miku or be on even grounds bc it’s fucking Hatusne Miku.

But iDK man I think Rin would say that shit but then just leave and wouldn’t give Miku the chance to comfort or confront her in anyway, she rather just yell and be listened but not be talked to about it if that makes sense.

Rp wise, honestly i don’t mind! it’s someone else’s interpretation on a character with no personality I obviously cant’ agree on all of them whether it be clashing headcanons or whatever; but honestly I don’t mind!

ART WISE HHOOO BOY (ask blog wise practically) the “ trend “ right now is so fucking dull with Rin, she’s either a prankster, mischievous, rude, impolite but secretly kind!11! – or just dumb Voca canon fanon shit– look the reason I don’t like this compared to RP wise is because with RP there’s a story behind them, to why they’re like this maybe it’s because they’re programmed to fit fan expectation or something like that– but with ask blogs what I’ve seen Vocaloid wise is they don’t have enough time to expand on their stories unless they plot with another ask bog then in that case im all good. buT i just wish the fanon canon for Rin would die it’s so, bORING.

✦ Has your own interpretation changed from when you first began playing the character?

yEs a lot actually, I orignally intepreted Rin to be a more distant/shy person but it eventually grew to her being very– uH well Idk tbh! I can’t describe her personality because I wouldn’t say anything like happy-go-lucky bubly type of person, because she’s not but she’s not (always) a sack of misery. buT i’ve tried to change her a bit more recently just to seem more distant/polite with strangers and friendly-happy with people she knows (which is what I wanted to go for anyway).

It never occurred to the blonde that posing such question to sounded embarrassing...but she had to make sure! Slowly and carefully, as if she was trying to peel the plastic lid off of a newly bought pudding cup.

Oh she could definitely go for a pudding cup. Maybe Miku, or not Miku, could come with her...if she doesn’t run away or get confused as to why Rin had to ask if she is Miku.
