12 (top 5 favorite songs): Urgh, that so hard! I think my favorite songs right now are probably: Happily (One Direction), Through the Dark (One Direction), Flaws (Bastille), Part from Me (Avett Brothers), and Timber (the Ke$ha version)—weird list I know :)

14 (do you believe in luck and miracles): I do! I’m a big proponent of like wishing on shooting stars, birthday candles, 11:11, etc. (although a lot of those dreams don’t come true). And I definitely think that miracles can happen, but part of it is on you. 

100 (how are you feeling): Pretty good! I hate that I have school tomorrow after an almost three week long break, but everything in my life is generally pretty good :)

150 (open the nearest book to you, go to page 42, and read the first line): I’m actually out and about right now (at mock trial practice haha), so I don’t have a book with me :(. But if I was home and on my bed, the nearest book to me would probably be Gone with the Wind, so I would imagine it would be something melodramatic :)

           -UPDATE: I'm home now, so here's the first sentence of pg. 42 (it's the beginning of Chapter 2): "When the twins left Scarlett standing on the porch of Tara and the last sound of flying hooves had died away, she went back toher chair like a sleepwalker."

hey! Do you know how we got the first page of HoH? Do we know if it's official?

I have no idea how we got it, but from what I can tell, and from the writing style, it’s official…. well, maybe not authorized-to-be-released-to-the-public-by-riordan, but it looks pretty legit. I’ve been analyzing Rick’s writing style for the past two years, so I can tell when it’s his stuff or not (for the most part). 

I’m assuming it was slipped, I mean, we get the first chapter (which we now know is from Hazel’s point of view) in 12 days, so…
