And thorin is just really confused because he's a little shorter and has way less hair on his head and beards oh his feet and bilbo sees him and is really confused on who this random person he's never seen before is just freaking out

and thorin always coming in thinking he's heard his name and seeing the two sitting there laughing to themselves and he's curious but he's also like 'i don't even really want to know' 

BUT CALLING HIM 'DORKENSHIELD' OGMDSF AND THORIN HEARS IT ONE TIME AND HE'S JUST LIKE 'ARE YOU TWO ACTUALLY CHILDREN???' AND THEY'RE JUST LIKE 'YEA OK BUT YOU'RE ACTUALLY A DORK SO WE'RE TOTALLY JUSTIFIED'

How has your restaurant been doing?

It’s been swell! 

Although… Louis knocked over a candle the other night, almost started a fire. But we wrangled it in time. He needs to watch where that tail is going, gets too into the music, if you know what I mean.
