Thank you so much for your answers @the-kimberlygb-things :) They were really good answers but I still feel there’s something more. Something more deeper what boys are afraid of and what isn’t shown / mentioned in the series. I know this might sound crazy but I have learn to trust my gut feeling and this time it just won’t give up, demanding me to dig deeper about boys and what they could be afraid of.
What I can sense, so far, is Raph fearing death. His own death mostly but also his brothers death. He doesn’t want to be the first one to die, even that he knows the risk is great because of his hot-head nature, since who then would protect his brothers, father and friends? And if Leo dies first, who would lead them? They all would be lost. If Don would die first, who would take care of literally everything in the lair when it comes to machines, electricity etc. stuff and would share his wisdom and help in difficult situations? And if Mikey would die first who would be there to cheer them up and see opportunities and chances in stuff and situations where others don’t? And keep up the goofy positive energy at home?
This might be only me but this is what I’m getting from Raph for now. But there’s STILL something more deeper and I want to find it out! :)
