oh, since mingus the first has a flesh-head if she appears she'd be drawn, not a photo! like how milton and peanut have illustrated sprites.
all the flesh heads here have drawn sprites for two reasons. one out of universe- because that's way easier on me as the artist, not having to somehow figure out stock photos that look just like Milton R Wallace and having control over posing and expressions.
and one in-universe- oliver's never seen a flesh-headed person (or animal) in real life before, save for norm's perpetually-obscured face. flesh-heads are basically extinct, so to speak, only existing for most people in media and photos from decades ago- so since this game is from oliver's POV they have a sort of unreal quality to them. having their sprites be drawn kind of simulates that surreality he's feeling looking at people like milton and peanut.
