Your blog was recommended to me and like!!!! Yes all the love! :) I wanted to ask since I couldn't find any previous answers to this. Why is Shadow your favorite character? What about his past/personality makes you like him so much? Also, what is your favorite version of Shadow (what game/show)? Thanks!

yay I’m glad you like my blog! Why Shadow is my favorite Sonic character is such a hard question to answer but I’ll try to say atleast something. I’ve liked Shadow since I was a little kid and I’ve always been drawn to him ever since I first came across him and for some reason I always tend to like the “emo” characters of whatever franchise lmao. I think his past and story is incredibly fascinating and interesting. I think he’s so strong and brave considering all the horrible stuff he’s been through and will go through, he’s just an amazingly beautiful character and there’s so much of him to admire. My favorite portrayal of Shadow is definitely Sonic 06! He’s so badass and he looks so beautiful in that game like look at him please!! plus the voice acting is A+

honestly I don’t even see them as being friends. I think that they are just colleagues and I think it’s stated on their Wikipedia pages too. I love Rouge but honestly she’s not a good friend to shadow because she never gave his ring back and every time Shadow was trying to get his memory back she literally stayed silent, she knew about his past but she just kept her mouth shut and acted like she never knew about it in the first place which is extremely weird to me. Also the only time I see them being real friends is in Sonic 06 ( Rouge personality in 06 is 10/10 ) but the events never happend so sadly it’s not canon

Thoughts on Shadouge?

well I used to ship them hardcore when I was little but now I definitely don’t. I don’t think that they are the right kind people for each other and their relationship wouldn’t last long nor be healthy

I have noticed that you don’t post as much as you did before :0 why?

Well first of all 2017 has just been super hard for me, my depression/mental health has gotten worse and it’s just been really tough and to be honest I don’t really know how to say this but I have lost my interest in Sonic, don’t get me wrong I love him and always will but it’s just not the same plus I don’t have any feelings for Shadow anymore. Losing interest in Sonic have resulted in me not really having inspiration, ideas and motivation to post but I do try to post once a week or find something to reblog once in a while. The reason for losing my interest in Sonic is the lack of content and Sega/Sonic Team always use the same characters (Amy,Tails and knuckles) over and over, we literally barely get to see other characters like (Team Chaotix,Silver,Blaze etc) and it just extremely tiring. Since a few months back I’ve started to love a show on Netflix it’s called Voltron legendary defender and I honestly can’t live without it, it’s literally my only source of happiness and it have taken over Sonic’s place completely and I’ve also fallen in love with a character on the show, his name is Keith and I don’t think I could love a person more than him.

I guess this pretty much sums it up, I could write more but I’ll try to keep this short and also I’m not leaving this blog, I’ll just post less than I used to :)
