MY BOX BAND 🤍
I’ve known The 1975 since 2013, when I was 16 and everything around me felt heavy, uncertain, and dim. Somehow, in the middle of all that darkness, I found them, or maybe they found me.
I’ve only seen them live once, but it felt like more than just a concert. It felt like breathing again, like everything that once hurt suddenly made sense, even just for a moment.
Their music lived inside me. It changed the way I see the world, the way I feel things, the way I love, and the way I express myself when words don’t seem enough.
And then there’s the fandom: this quiet, invisible thread connecting all of us.
The same love that saved me has brought me closer to people from all over the world, people who understand without needing explanations.
Through them, I’ve learned that love can take many forms.
That softness is not weakness.
That even in the darkest moments, there is always something —or someone— waiting to hold you together.
And somehow, through all of this, I found my way back to myself.
