Sleeping like shit because you keep having nightmares fucking sucks.
I've had nightmares about literally my entire life lately. My partners, my family, my friends, my exes, high school, college, work; the list goes on. If it's happened in my life, I've had a nightmare about it in the last week.
It's insane that our body deals with stress in different ways. Mine manifests into nightmares, other people smoke or drink, some people just doom scroll.
