"Sweet and best served cold... Revenge is ice cream." || Loki & Hawkeye
Loki felt the Bifrost's rainbow exploding inside of him, the second the damn bracelet was finally out. Exhaling sharply, he felt his now free wrist and gently squeezed it - it was actually the first time he was thankful for that tacky concept of freedom. No more going through the humiliation of having to live as a human, because his powers were sealed... No more bowing down to people, no more fake, nice smiles, no more waiting. Step one was already out of the way.
And, being the hasty person he was, step two would be right across the corner, already. The Jotun had a little list of people he needed to settle the score with and wouldn't want to make them wait. That wouldn't be polite. Not to mention one of them might grant him valuable pieces of information he was in need of, for step three. Thus, after shifting his attire and finally putting on his royal clothing one more time, Loki made good use of his just regained abilities and teleported himself. He actually felt a bit rusty after all that time of inactivity, but nothing too serious. If things went his way, he'd soon have plenty of chances to practice more.
Landing in front of the house, he looked up and studied the entrances. There was that little window on the back which had been forgotten open and that was exactly what he needed. Shifting into a black cat, he effortlessly climbed up to it and ventured inside. Just in time, it seemed, because he could already hear the sound of the front door being unlocked and pushed open. Returning to his human like appearance, Loki smirked and stood up. He headed silently for the bedroom and waited there, letting his deep voice welcome the house host from there.
"Such a very nice place you have, Mr. Barton. Who could have guessed that S.H.I.E.L.D. agents were this wealthy."
