Hi! Once you get this you have to say 5 things you like about yourself publicly then send it to your 10 Favorite followers (positivity is cool)
Good things about myself? This’ll be fun since I’m not my biggest fan.
I am…smart? Ish? In my graduating class in high school, I was ranked #7. I’m a long way away from high school now, so I don’t know if that still holds any water, but I like to think I’m still sorta smart-ish. When I want to be, I guess.
I am incredibly quiet and introverted, but I am willing to stand for my beliefs and defend my opinions to those who oppose them. I do not take others’ opinions as fact and I am willing—and able—to make up my own mind about a subject, even if everyone else opposes me. I guess it can sometimes make me annoying to other people, but they have the right to believe what they want and so do I.
I am nice to people in the customer service industry. I understand sometimes things go wrong and sometimes service can take a while, but I don’t lose my patience at the people who, for the most part, have no control over how things go. I also understand that there are some people who are not great employees, but I’d rather give them the benefit of the doubt. I know the plight of the retail worker and I will not be one of those people who make their job even more miserable.
I have lost a friend in the past because I was willing to tell him the truth and how I really felt. While it sucked to lose one of my best friends, at least I know that unlike his other friends, I wasn’t willing to skirt around his feelings to make him feel special. I told him how it is and he just couldn’t handle it. I was sad to lose a friend, but I wasn’t sad to lose him.
I have a good sense of humor. I can laugh at just about anything. Sure, some people might not like some of the jokes I tell (i.e., it’s not the typical Tumblr approved type of humor), but I don’t care. I laugh, my friends laugh, and that’s all that matters. It is likely that if you can laugh at the jokes I tell, we can be good friends. And that means you don’t care about being PC, which is good in my book.
