I like to imagine Elena has one of those "hang in there" cat posters at her desk.

Actually, while it is a good thought, she actually tries to show no weakness at work if she can, focused on her co-workers issues instead, and only showed resistance around the topic of family or SOLDIER. Otherwise, she is as serious as possible, and most human when her clumsy, more childlike-self shows on job, especially around others. Her desk is always clean, and the only embellishments she has is a small, thin strip of light pink tape around the end of her pens: to identify that these were from her desk, that is, and of course, a small jar with bubble gum always filled.

“The Triple Mocha Frappuccino with extra whipped topping.” Canopa answered instantly. “And the only person I really wouldn’t trust to order it for me would be Mphaka, since he says I shouldn’t be having caffeine and sugar at the same time.” “I enjoy the Blonde Cold Foam Cappuccino,” Kryser answered next. “Honestly, I’d trust anyone to order for me. It’s not that hard to make a Starbucks order.” “I’m partial to the Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino although it’s difficult to choose just one thing,” Severn answered. “And I prefer making my own orders.” Carver shrugged indifferently. “I don’t care. Just get me a damn coffee, as long as I’m not paying.” “I like the Strawberry Green Tea Infusion, though I can’t afford it often,” Soryis said, cringing slightly at her answer when she realized it was once again strawberry related. “And I’d really trust anyone with ordering it for me.” “I like the Cool Lime Refresher, for understandable reasons,” Theama gave the lime sign on their baggy shirt a small tug. “And Severn’s the only person who has ever bought me Starbucks, though I’d be okay with anyone else ordering it for me.” “I’ve only ever had the Java Chip Frappuccino, but it was pretty good,” Selaki answered. “I’m probably never going to Starbucks again, so the second part of that question doesn’t really matter.” “I love the Vanilla Iced Coffee, and while I prefer ordering it myself, I wouldn’t mind anyone else ordering for me,” Anorag said. “I just like plain coffee with an extra shot of espresso,” Minius said,“ and the only people I wouldn’t trust to order for me are Severn, becuase she’d probably order something else out of spite, and Canopa, because she once ordered me something different ‘because she thought I’d like it.” Minius was unaware of the extreme annoyance in her voice. Mphaka let out a small chuckle at Minius’s pettiness. “I like the Lightly Sweet Chai Tea Latte, and I’d trust anyone to order it for me unless they were angry at me for some reason.” “I don’t drink Starbucks very much,” Sageer stated, “but I usually get the Iced Caramel Macchiato when I do. And I always order it myself.” “I always get the Pineapple Black Tea Infusion,” Jordan said. “I usually order it myself, but if someone else is offering, I’m okay with letting them order it for me.”
