Thank you all so much for your support and kind words on my journey down to Camp Say. I prefaced this whole trip on the idea of authenticity, being myself, and not judging and labeling of others. I found that once I let go of what I thought should happen in a journey and the preconceived type of people I would meet along the way is when the journey actually began. I have so many tales of people from all walks of life that made this trip truly beautiful and I am truly grateful for meeting all of them. I really did not train to much for the trip and felt that the landscape of America was my partner/guide along the way. I kept it really simple: wake up, ride, and be open to the world. When I arrived at Camp Say I found an atmosphere where the campers could just be themselves and not be judged by how they spoke but valued for who they are. At camp I did not see any stutterers, I saw kids for who where able to be themselves. There are some pretty amazing people over at Camp SAY: and feel honored to be considered one of them. My hat is off to Taro Alexander, founder SAY:, for what he has created is truly life changing not only to the kids at camp, but to all of us. #bikehike720 #theauthenticlife #sayorg #stutter
