1. I’m feeling really hyped about photojournalism and my skills as a photographer and journalist lately cause school is nuts but I think I’m sort of balancing it right now and my photos have been winning some competitions recently and yesterday I had my portfolio reviewed by really important people and they all gave me great feedback and I actually got a job offer out of it?!?!?!?!? so like, yeah, hard work is paying off and of course it’s important to be modest and understand I’m still growing but lately I’m feeling really really good about myself professionally and yeah! 2. I like the way I dress and do my makeup and generally most aspects of the way I look that I’m in control of3. Even though I’m not always the biggest fan of the way my body looks, I’m really proud of how far I’ve come in my ability to love and appreciate it.4. I love how naturally optimistic I am. I love that happiness and hopefulness are my default settings because really, I know some people find it to be too much sometimes, but being a ray of optimism is a pretty fucking dope way to go through life5. I have good hair and eyebrows, both without having to do much work at all, so shoutout to my parents/genetics for that one

1. I am generally satisfied with my appearance, and the motive behind the way I go about building it. It's less about just looking "cool" and more about "do I look like I just jumped out of an awesome cartoon", be it with my big ass hair, chunky glasses, and the way I dress. (I think this is why I draw myself as much as I do, and am worried people see me as conceited, but hey I mean I put actual effort into being someone who'd be fun to draw so fuckkit ukno.)2. I like to think my taste in music is very refined and all-encompassing, and I think most people agree and trust me to play/recommend just the right thing. I am really proud of my passion for music, and my dedication to the world of it. Most of my time and money goes towards discovering/buying/going to see/reading about/listening to/SUPPORTING music and its artists. Definitely more passionate about music than visual art, even though I'm pursuing animation as a career.3. How much of a collector I am, be it hats, vinyl, comics,publications, books, photographs, etc. (Although I'm always unsettled by, and unsure of the fact that I'm a rotten materialist.)4. My heritage, and being a 2nd generation Canadian (born in Canada, parents were both immigrants from Nicaragua.) Being raised in a country that is completely different from the life my parents knew makes for an interesting opportunity to contrast both worlds and gives me a very unique way of looking at the world around me, I am very grateful for this.5.  I like that I like being myself, and that I am pretty much happy with who I am. it's almost impossible to entirely 100% be yourself, unless you are particularly bold and give zero fucks, but I like to think I'm doing the best I can, and that the people I appreciate and want to dedicate time to enjoy what I bring to the table and the company I provide, and enjoy my qualities, be it an acquaintance/friend/lover/coworker. I want to leave a memorable impression on people no matter how brief or lengthy the exchange. It's not that I want to try and be friends with everyone I know and collect friendships like I would my vinyl, but I want to be another positive energy radiating on whoever deserves it and might need it. Love and knowledge are the ultimate gifts, and other people are the embodiment of such, and I wanna give and receive as much as I can.

1. When and why did you make a Tumblr?

I made it about three summers ago, when I was just getting into Les Mis and Game of Thrones. I saw that both had large communities on tumblr, and so I became curious and made a blog.

2. What is the last movie you saw in theaters and did you like it?

The Grand Budapest Hotel, and so fucking much.

3. What is the next movie you plan on seeing in theaters?

I'm going to see Winter Soldier on Tuesday.

4. What is your favorite holiday?

Christmas, probably.

5. What is your dream URL?

I'm fond of the one I have, but I like the url "mrsanyalameassmadeupmaidenname" or some variation if that's too long for tumblr. It's a Buffy references, just so you know.

Jesus christ, don't make me choose.......but if I have to, I'd have to go with Inglourious Basterds, because that movie never ceases to be entertaining.

I'll answer the second question......I think that I definitely have a type, for both male and female characters. I like most of the female characters that are underappreciated by fandom (Rita Bennett, Sansa Stark, etc.), but I have a thing for girly/brainy ones. As for the guys, I have a thing for gentle giants (Hercules, Thor, Captain America, etc.) and for broken, but still kind-hearted (even if it's under a jerky exterior) men, a la Peeta and Haymitch.
