One of my favorite squat correctives. Set a ball or box at the level the athlete looses proper positioning. The athlete sits on the ball and moves into proper position. Then they tension everything before lifting off the ball slightly. Maybe only one inch up maintaining positions and then sit again. Repeat. Very tough and quickly teaches them to own those tough positions.
