Back when I'd been more of a lurker in the bjd tag, you were so kind and supportive!  It really made me excited to log in and see what everyones' dollie plans were in the Tumblr bjd community.  When there's crap and drama going on and I need reminded of the things I love about this hobby, not gonna lie, yours is the blog I go to.  I love your dollies, their distinctive personalities and interwoven stories.  I love the light you breathe into this hobby.  Hell, into Tumblr in general!

I grew up next to the ocean.  In fact, our home was so close to the ocean that the water was visible from our side yard. I’ve always loved water, particularly the Atlantic Ocean, and I don’t think I could ever be truly happy living away from it.

aw thanks! I have been drinking water all night lol. Too poor for anything else. But yes sound advice. If I could actually get to sleep any time soon :D. Unlikely.

People really need to stop judging how serious other people’s illnesses are. To look at my mum you’d think she seems fine but she’s had a broken spine, multiple brain tumors, has next to no cartilage in her knees and frequently has migraines.

I fully agree, you never can know how ill someone is by looking at them. Especially I know so many disabled who do push themselves and put on a brave face in front of others. It is likely that you will not see that disabled person at their worse. Since well, they are unlikely to leave the house when they are too bad. They rarely tell others how bad they really have it. 

However even if they seem fine, you don't know what pain boundaries they are pushing. You don't know how ill they might end up later, because of how taxing it is on them that they are doing what they are currently doing. These could be things a health person takes for granted.

The only people who should be judging how ill someone is, is a medical doctor in that field of expertise.
