⠀⠀ even as winter was coming to it’s end, the chill of the night air added a sort of eeriness. with the city lights few stars were visible, creating an vast darkness that contrasted artificial brightness.

⠀⠀ a light breath passed thin lips. ❝ ... i’m being followed. ❞ what her pursuer likely was unaware of what that her intuition was flawless for instances similar to this. another being a sharp vision. hair color in the spectrum of silver to white was fairly irregular, and seemingly a person with that very color has been distantly following.

⠀⠀ corner of the mouth rose to the point of flashing a fang. ❝ what or who the hell is going to trouble me today ... ❞

Sheesh, why was everyone (”now everyone in china knows you’re here,” goes the intrusive thought, slapping its knee right after.) and their mother insulting him, lately? It’s not like he forgot to bathe or something... He actually tries to take good care of himself, thank you very much!

Crossing both arms over his chest, Christoph’s decided to... well, not exactly lean into it, per say, but he’s decided to do something of the same caliber.

He’s just going to become the world’s most immovable object: a roadblock.

Resting most of his body weight against the wall, he stops himself right in front of her. Kicking one leg up, he props himself up almost like a stereotypical greaser-- like one would see in Grease, for instance... always looking so suave and shit. That wasn’t to say that Christoph wasn’t doing just that, but there’s always a bit of... lack of... commitment that was practically radiating off of him.

“Why ya ew’ing at me like some kinda, uhh--” he moves one arm, unhooking it from its original spot in order to reach over and pinch her nose betwixt his index and middle fingers, “--school girl, huh?”

Giving a few, halfhearted jerking back-and-forth with his wrist, he suddenly pulled his hand back and released her nose. Forming his hand into a lazy fist with its thumb still sticking out, he reached over once again to then drag his thumbpad slowly down her shirt as if to rub off something unsightly on her. He’s even gone as far as to mimic her, cooing out in a comically inaccurate, “girly” voice: “Ewww!”

Then, without warning, he flicks his hand up just in time to catch the tip of her nose in a playful but obviously there jab.

Snickering, he resumed crossing his arms and bent at the waist in order to meet her at her height. Grinning, Christoph flashed all of his nice, pearly whites her way in victory.

“Not so fun, now, is it? Bein’ a mean girl ‘nd all that shit.”

calix is chewing on a sucker / fang piercing through cherry flavoured ball to see how it crumbles in his mouth when celine speaks. he nearly snorts in amusement / doesn’t, thinks about it anyways. that’s how he’s lived the past three hundred or something years of his life, you’re preaching to the choir here. eventually, he speaks , soft and smooth and hypnotic ( unintentionally ), “ that is the nature of any relationship, celine. people get hurt, people move on. it’s human-esque. ”
