Fussing with her dress in front of her mirror, Gaila checked her appearance for the third time that evening, before sighing and finally giving up. 

She picked up her PADD, slipped into her bag and headed down the corridor to where she knew Essy's room was located. Checking the time on her device, she nodded to herself, pleased that she was on time. 

Taking a deep breath for courage, the Orion knocked on the door and waited.

"Doctor!" It's a low pitched wail, and Essy is cowering behind one of the biobed, hiding from one of the nurse. "Can you please tell your nurses that I am perfectly fine and not running a fever? I swear! You've seen my files!"

[Well, at least he's had his coffee by now. He approaches the biobed, waving the nurse off.]

"What seems to be the problem here, Crewman? Surely you didn't come in for nothing."
