I've realised that when we define some kind of image or film as cinematic, what we truly are saying is it is something familiar, warm, intimate. It's a light we can only picture in our minds, magnified by the feelings we carry at the moment we are experiencing. Intimate moments like going to the restroom at 3am with a torch, all block's asleep, no voices can be heard. Only a few vehicles passing by. The silence of the night surrounding us. But we are awake, we are listening.
Kinda funcional today. Did the laundry, some paperwork for classes, cleaned the kitchen and moped the floor. Not bad. Maybe I'm manic.
Today I did everything I planned to do. I feel more relaxed but there's still uncertainty about the future.
Having one fucking horrendous week.
Still alive. Call that a win. Also, I cleaned the bathroom.
