Whaaaaaaat why is the episode hated? It’s definitely in my top five!
Oh, it's generally well-liked and critically acclaimed. It's more that among specific parts of the fandom, people despise it, quite a bit. For a variety of reasons, really, the most notable being the relationship between Reinette and the Doctor (partly in how it clashes with Ten/Rose shipping) and the way Reinette's character is being handled (making a historic figure love the Doctor, introducing the concept of the Doctor meeting someone as a child first, Reinette's characterisation ticking boxes of what people dislike about Moffat's female characters etc.). It's a fantastic episode, in my opinion. But it really, really divides opinions.

In the heat of battle - Levina would definately die for her friends in the heat of battle against Master Xehanort. She would stop at nothing to put an end to him, even if she knows it'll end up killing her.
Old age - Wrapped in the arms of her someone she really loves, regaling on her life near a fire place
