Oh girl. Written in Red is my - hands down - favorite book on the planet. I'm obsessed with everything to do with it and I want to cry because I never meet anyone who's read it and you have and can I just hug you?

I really enjoyed The Parasol Protectorate series as well, (though tbh I like her YA series more).

Bronze Gods looks great. I didn't know I liked steampunk books until I read Gail Carriger.

I've never read Mary Poppins or Slaughterhouse Five, although I've always meant to!
