The Bracelet Project keeps individual hands busy for a good cause. Someone with a BFRB makes a friendship bracelet - attaches a little note/email address. CBSN then sells the bracelets for $1 and the bracelets are sent to other individuals with BFRBs. In return you get a BFRBuddy (sort of like a virtual penpal) and a reminder that you are not alone by looking down at your arm everyday!
