On this day last year, I ate at a wonderful restaurant called the Caledonian. I had Balmoral chicken which is grilled chicken on top of bacon on top of haggis topped with gravy with mashed potatoes and peas on the side and chocolate fudge cake with hot fudge and butterscotch for dessert. It was SO good!!!
