Alexandra Steele is a clinical psychologist who has a long line of mystic lives that she discovers early on in Book 1. Her journey to self-discovery, empowerment, and facing past life fears is the main theme that we follow throughout the series. Her struggles mirror the struggles that so many people face on healing journeys when they have to confront fears and shadow work before being able to move forward on their path.
Isobel Frey (Izzy) is a quirky, fun, spunky energy healer who drops nuggets of wisdom with each word she utters. There are so many wise lessons that we learn from her throughout the series. She is one of my favorite characters to write, and I know she will become a fast fan favorite for sure. The bond between Alex and Izzy warms my heart, and I hope readers fall in love with their sisterly connection as well. The person in my life who is the real-life Izzy is every bit of magic too. She's my muse for this whole series. And she makes my life so fun and interesting! Never a dull moment with her.
