{Malia was finally allowed out of the house, and her first step in being a human was to visit town. Sure, it was hard to walk on her two legs, having been so used to four, but she was getting better at it. Besides, staying with her father at home wasn't going to help her gain more human tendencies.} 

{Turning the corner, she stared up at all the stores and shops in awe, her mouth open. Malia didn't remember any of these being here when she was human. Her strides became a little faster in pace, continuing before she found a coffee shop on the other side of the street, crossing over to it and walking inside.}

{Weaving her way through the crowd of people, she got up to the front of the line, looking at the menu.}

"Could I have a salted caramel hot chocolate, with marshmallows please?"
