"This child, although very odd-looking and quirked on all corners, held something even her parents couldn't-or refused to- see. Although, it could be because she brought him here- to her own mind. He, terrifying as it is, could sense her distress when she was mishandled- time and time again. Oh, how he wanted her to be free of it. Then perhaps one day those marks will disappear…, he hoped to himself whilst watching the child cling onto his oddly calm tomcat. Until then he will wait another five minutes before taking his cats back for some dinner."
