This is rather unconventional - but I'm willing to go for it. If I get $1500 worth of donations by April 1, 2014 I will shave my head.
The funds will go to assist me with an upcoming move and living costs. The hair will be donated to charity - most likely locks of love (http://www.locksoflove.org/index.html). ... Like I said - unconventional.
100% of any donations I receive above the $1500 will go to Urbanlife San Diego (http://urbanlifesd.org/) - at minimum $225.
If I do NOT make my goal of $1500 I will still donate a total of %15+ of all $ donated to local organizations and/or charities directly impacting youth in San Diego county.

I know not everyone wants to donate via GFM (and the do take a % off for using their service) so you can donate directly to me and while I'm not sure how I will get it to reflect on GFM I will keep a running update here on my blog.
