Five years ago my daughter told me she had breast cancer. I won’t describe parental terror here. My home and FB friends remember. After her surgery she convalesced first a few days at my house and one of the first things she wanted to eat was Jewish chicken soup. Of course. I wrote the story up for the chicken soup project on Instagram (so many touching stories there) and they posted it today.
