💜 The past four years I’ve been blogging I’ve posted hundreds of outfits... part of the joy of fashion is finding clothes that make you feel great about yourself (without breaking the bank haha duh!). Earlier this year I stopped liking all of my clothes because they didn’t fit. I knew I had to make a change and get healthy so I jumped ALL in with @theconfidenceco gals! My before photo was taken July 2017 and the “after” photo was taken July 2018. Almost a year apart but the change has occurred over the last 6 months. I try to avoid looking at a scale because it’s just a number and instead measure my progress off of how things fit (that’s why I signed up in the first place)! I used to belt this dress to try and show off a figure since it was so tight on my thighs and I didn’t want the attention there 👎🏻 now I leave it unbelted and get the true t-shirt dress feel I wanted in the first place without the tightness on my legs 👍🏻 goodbye inches... you will NOT be missed 👋🏻❤️ • #theconfidencecollective #fitspo #healthylifestyle #dcblogger #wellness #nutrition (at Washington, District of Columbia)
