((This story is dedicated solely to thedarkkonoha. Our role plays have affected me so much hhhhh- I hope you and everyone who reads this enjoys it!)) It was another one of those days. One where Ruski visits a certain sociopathic snake man. She had quickly grown fond of the killer - mostly because she's weird like that - and made sure to visit him in his little hiding place as often as possible. Today, the purple-haired girl had brought along a radio with her. She was feeling this really strong urge to dance, and to be honest, she wanted to get Kuroha to dance along with her. She's never seen him pull any sweet moves before, so why not change that? After strolling into where she knew he would most likely be at around this time of day, the somewhat short girl sets the radio on the table, then turns it on. Of course, the song 'Party Rock Anthem' was what came on first, and so, with her wide knowledge of dance moves, she starts to do the shuffle. Throughout all this, Kuroha was giving the human girl an 'are you shitting me right now' look. Honestly, he should be used to the things she does by now (why hasn't he even attempted to kill her yet?). But this girl always had a new trick up her sleeve that would never, EVER cease to surprise him. Despite the fact that Kuroha obviously wasn't even considering wanting to dance with her to the upbeat song (which was what she came here for in the first place), Ruski decides that one very cheerful girl was more than enough to make up for the absence of a dancing partner. A one-man party. Or, woman, in this situation. Eventually, the song ends, turning into Don't Wanna Miss A Thing by Aerosmith. She brightens up considerably when hearing the familiar romantic song, not-so-secretly being a huge sucker for these kinds of songs. "Oh, I love this song!" Turning to the snake, she offers one of her hands to him, a happy and slightly hopeful grin on her face. "Wanna dance with me?" Again, Kuroha gives her that look, showing that he did not wish to entertain whatever fantasy she was living whatsoever. But just to make it clear to her... "No." The way he said it definitely proved he more than likely wasn't going to budge on this subject whatsoever. Ruski could see that. She wasn't as oblivious or ignorant as many might make her out to be. Her grin lessens ever-so-slightly, and for just a split second, there was a deep sadness in her forest-green eyes. But it was gone as soon as it appeared. She shrugs at him and decides to dance to the song by herself like she was doing before her question as if his rejection didn't hurt her in the least, when in all honesty, it felt like her heart just got stabbed by a poison-filled dagger. She did somehow fall for the evil murderer, after all. Damn herself for being so attracted to the bad guys. However... Kuroha's sharp eyes had caught the pain in hers. And it sent his previously somewhat dead emotions haywire. This, of course, both slightly scared and greatly confused the intelligent snake. It wasn't like she meant anything to him, after all. I mean, sure, she helped him out when he was in heat, and took him bowling, and so many other things without expecting anything in return like the selfless girl she is... Fuck. He had fallen head-over-heels for Ruski. Kuroha mentally punches the ever living shit out of himself for having fallen for the girl. How dare he love a human. But, then again, she's done so much for him... What harm could one little dance do? With that in mind, he stands up from where he was previously sitting, then steps closer to Ruski before the song reaches the starting lyrics and starts to dance with her. One hand holding hers, the other on her hip. Now, Ruski had her eyes closed during the time he was thinking to himself, lost in a magnificent daydream. One where she was in a beautiful gown, dancing in the ballroom of an incredible castle with her lovely Prince Charming. But the moment she felt actual hands against her, her eyes shoot open, obvious shock and surprise filling the green depths when greeted with Kuroha. And despite how much she wanted to question him on his sudden change of mind, the look in his eyes told her that questions could be saved for later. As the song continues, the two sway back and forth, the pattern occasionally interrupted as Kuroha spins her around expertly. All time seemed to halt as they dance along to the music. Suddenly, the black-haired male dips his dancing partner down, his normally somewhat cold or psychotic yellow-green eyes filled with a gentleness that only seemed possible in fairy tales or movies. The two continue to stare into each other's eyes as the song starts to reach its peak, both unmoving, both not wanting this moment to end. Neither one knew just who started to move their face closer to the other first, but in that moment, it didn't matter to either of the two. And then their lips meet.
