It was smart of you to e-mail and call. If they do not get back to you, do it again. If they have social networking pages, message/tweet/comment there too. Make sure you have your order number and everything good to go. 6 months is way too long, no matter where you live. One week should be enough time for them to reply.
Ok thank you so much! Yeah I have the paypal receipt saying I payed it and the email, and normally you get a following one like a week later from the website telling you it’s like being packaged or what ever. But I never got that with them!! And I searched through all my email and paypal just incase I missed it or something, and I never got one saying it was shipped or packaged or anything except payed for. I even checked to see if I put my address correct and I did. So it just sucks! I just hope they get back to me, I would really like that package. Thank you so much for the message though, i really appreciate the help!
My Dead View Project stuff still hasn't been shipped and it's been 6 months ;-; does anyone else have this problem? What do I do? I sent an email and tried to call. AHH :c
