Hey you guys. I understand now about why we can't substitute exercises, unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to continue the cycling challenge. Hopefully I'll be able to take up the 30 Day Shred (Lvl 1&2) starting tomorrow though? It's just better for me, since it doesn't matter if you do it in the middle of the night haha

Of course, no problem. A few days of the cycling challenge were a nice warm up for 30 day shred then :) We'll take you off the Cycling challenge and put you up for 30 day shred when you apply (if you haven't already, I haven't check yet).

And yeah, I do 30DS late sometimes too, and you can just do it in your room. It's an awesome challenge, I hope you'll like Jillian :3
