and draco starts sending him pastries and stuff after they start talking and stuff. it’s so cute

Hi, @thedrarryarchives! That’s so sweet that you’re interested in our fic, but honestly, I don’t know when we’ll get around to finishing it, if ever

We started writing this fic about two and a half years ago, and we stopped when we became utterly consumed by our current Next Gen fic (which still occupies 98% of my thoughts), so our old Drarry fic has been pushed so far on the back-burner that it’s almost falling off. I do love it, and thinking about my snarky asshole Draco turning Harry into a flustered mess makes me smile, but Drarry just doesn’t inspire me the way it used to. They’re still one of my favorite ships (at least when they’re full of fire and explosive passion and want to tear each other apart and fuck in the ruins), but I don’t feel the need to explore them or seek them out anymore. I just love our Next Gen babies and OCs so fucking much, and they’ve set a bar so astronomically high that I don’t think any other character can ever compare. I could spend every day getting lost in their thoughts and it wouldn’t be enough
