What’s the plan?

The series contains a nineteen year old superhero. Not going to college, and choosing to work side-by-side with the masked hero Spider-Man in the future. Knowing of Peter’s past really sticks by Tim and he wants to make a difference in his life and doesn’t know how. He was shocked with serum which gave him the ability to harness ANY power/ability he chooses and he becomes the most power human in the universe.
