Well, I was rewatching the first season of Doctor Who after I saw the entire show and Torchwood too.

You know, the first time you watch a show you never catch the "Omfg things", so you have to rewatch it very carefully to notice them.

Anyway, I was watching the seventh episode of the first season of DW when I get this:" Face Of Boe expecting Baby Boemina".

We now all know that Jack is 100% surely The Face Of Boe.

AND THEN I REMEMBERED!
