Shallow Grave. Keith Allen as Hugo.
Finished rewatching Nine’s season of New Who with my adult brain and it made me so sad. Christopher Eccleston and Billie Piper deserved at the very least one more season as the Doctor and Rose. More than anything, after growing up watching this show, loving Nine and now learning about everything Christopher Eccleston lost in his career for holding onto his integrity during filming, I know that one season was for the best despite how fantastic another could have been. The adventures were so emotionally fulfilling, and Chris and Billie’s chemistry on screen was to die for. More than anything after this rewatch I’ve come out on the other side with a deeper admiration for the actor who portrayed my favorite doctor, Ninerose being my most heartbreaking ship, and the excellent writing for episodes like “The Dalek” that really made the DW return so memorable.

Doctor Who, Reviewed: Big Finish’s Ninth Doctor Adventures – Thirteen O’Clock
The Ninth Doctor (Christopher Eccleston) and Rose Tyler (Billie Piper) have been bouncing back and forth between the Powell Estate, and the mystery behind all this is finally solved in Thirteen O’Clock, by Robert Valentine. Directly continuing from Pandemonium, the TARDIS arrives at the Tyler home residence but with Jackie and other neighbours having vanished… except for Milton Fry (Will Chitty).…
Very out of character but I have a horrible hatred against David Tennant as the 10th doctor because I loved Eccleston so much but he was used as a filler, then he got switched with David, and he was different in too many ways, I will always love Eccleston over the others.
Anyways have fun
