Music City Roots at the Factory (Franklin TN)
In August I was able to shadow one of my favourite photographers in Nashville: Anthony Scarlati at a night of great music on a Wednesday night Music City Roots at the Factory in Franklin.
Before the show I was picking Scarlati's brain and as he was gesturing with his hands it looked as though they were glowing with the concept he was explaining to me in the moment.
My favourite inanimate object of the night was most definitely this chair found next to the stage!
I am currently making a collection of photoquotes and this is one of two from the evening.
This is the second and I love how the tag on the jeans tells you everything about the pants this man is wearing.
I love to photograph the elements of the events that most people never notice.
Do you see the people or the empty seats?
The lights and the fairytale feel.
I watched the audience as much as I watched the performers.
