Evie finally had a full day off of work, and she fully intended to enjoy it. She had run a few errands that morning and picked up some new mediwitch robes since her other ones were getting worn out. But now she was finally getting to do what she had been dreaming about all week-- getting a coffee at her favorite cafe and reading a good book. Her roommate was home from work today too, and Evie just didn't have the patience to deal with her in their small flat, so the cafe had seemed like a better option.
She had just settled in for the afternoon when she felt a shadow above her. Evie nearly groaned, but when she saw who it was, her annoyance faded away. "Hey," she greeted Sirius Black. "It's good to see you in one piece," she teased. "What brings you here? Are you here to read a good book too?"
