I don’t quite know where to start, this past Saturday and the couple of weeks leading up to it were A LOT.😓 But, with the help of the amazing @monsonmadethis and @jen_simons_, participating in #TheFarmStand, curated by @vegansbaby at @lifeisbeautiful went pretty smoothly!🙌 So grateful to have served up a TON of the Kimchi Mac and Cheese from my upcoming book #VYAplantbasedmealprep and have so many enjoy it.😭 We also met some really great people along the way, got to use some locally grown sprouts from @desertbloom_ecofarm, and got to enjoy other great #vegan eats!
